"Hello, I am Amy Salzman and I am an artist from the Fishtown neighborhood of inner-city Philadelphia, a city known for its grit and diversity. As Philadelphia becomes more and more generic and gentrified, I found my artistic calling painting streetscapes as the neighborhood once was or is now in an attempt to capture Philadelphia as a city of neighborhoods. I paint the things I love, urban life, diva bars and cityscapes with a unique perspective."
